Professional guidance and counseling teachers are expected to master the basic knowledge in the field of guidance and counseling, both theoretical and practical. To support the implementation of duties as a guidance and counseling teacher, it is necessary to have understanding and skills related to needs assessment instrumentation to the preparation of guidance and counseling programs. However, sometimes there are limitations in implementing needs assessment instrumentation, so to make it easier for guidance and counseling teachers in implementing needs assessment instrumentation, a needs assessment instrumentation application was created. This service activity aims to provide understanding, knowledge and skills related to instrumentation applications, needs assessments, and program design based on the results of the needs assessment instrumentation. Skills in identifying needs, interpreting the results of needs assessment instrumentation, compiling guidance and counseling programs and using computer-based guidance and counseling need assessment instrumentation applications. The results show that community service activities regarding the use of computer-based guidance and counseling needs assessment instrumentation applications are in demand and have received positive responses from junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Agam Regency. Apart from that, it is felt that this activity is very necessary to be given to guidance and counseling teachers who have not received this workshop, then this application is also easy to use in carrying out the duties of guidance and counseling teachers and the material provided is also relevant to the needs of guidance and counseling teachers in schools

The issuance of law no. 6 year 2014 on Desa reinforces the rural authority on managing its financial affairs leading to rural autonomy. However, since the implementation of ADD dan ADN in West Pasaman Regency, some issues have still been identified. This research aims to find out the relevance and implementation of ADD funding allocation in West Pasaman regency after the law no. 6 year 2014 on Desa. This research uses qualitative approach with the key informants of all wali nagari (village heads) in West Pasaman selected by using snowball sampling technique. Data were collected through documentation, interview, and observation. The findings of the research reveal that planning and fund allocating of ADD in nagari (rural area) of West Pasaman have generally run properly. The implementation of ADD is implemented well. The relevance of rural funding allocation with regent’s policy No. 122 year 2016 in Pasaman has been achieved. However, the problem is still found in the implementation of ceiling fund.

Based on the existing phenomena, there are still many brides who have not been able to establish good interpersonal communication. If the condition is ignored, it will have an impact on divorce. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach . The population of the study was the candidate pair of pengatin in Padang City with a total sample of 43 pairs . The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with data collection tools used in the form of Interpersonal Communication Scale (SKI) . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and for analysis of interpersonal communication differences based on gender brides do different test method t-test using SPSS version 22. The findings of the study revealed that interpersonal communication is in the category bride lace h with the achievements of the percentage of 44.0% , interpersonal communication on the verbal aspect is in the medium category with 45.3% percentage achievements, interpersonal communication on the nonverbal aspect is in the low category with a percentage of 37.2%. Meanwhile, the level of interpersonal communication of the bride and groom if calculated on average, men are lower than women, with 54.46 achievements and 55.81 women. However, statistically there is no significant difference between the bride and groom's interpersonal communication skills with the bride , in other words there is no significant difference in the bride's interpersonal communication skills in terms of gender . The findings of this research can then be an important need study to create interpersonal communication modules in the family for the bride and groom, so that the bride and groom understand good communication within the family and then be able to apply it.

Violations that often occur in school are disciplinary violations committed by students. Discipline problems are problems which, if not resolved quickly, will have an impact on the smoothness of the learning process in the classroom. Some of the personnel who play a role in overcoming discipline problems in schools are counselors and school principals. This research is a library research, by searching, reading, studying, and analyzing the content of books and supported by various literature related to them. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that school counselors and school principals play an important role in overcoming student discipline problems. In addition, cooperation with other school personnel is needed to overcome disciplinary problems that occur.

In efforts to achieve the goals of learning Mathematics there are various problems that make the learning objectives not optimally achieved, one of which is due to difficulties in learning Mathematics. Indicators for determining student learning difficulties are students not being able to master the subject matter in accordance with the allotted time, students obtaining low learning achievement ratings compared to other students and students not being able to achieve learning achievements according to their abilities, this requires collaboration from the teacher BK and Mathematics teachers in overcoming it. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects in this study were counseling teachers, math teachers and 2 class XI students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data were analyzed through several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that there is collaboration between the counseling teacher and the mathematics teacher in alleviating students' learning difficulties. The establishment of close collaboration between the two parties, students not only overcome their problems but students can develop fully and optimally.

The increasing number of students coming to the university’s guidance and counseling unit demonstrates the need for more serious and systemic efforts to deal with students’ mental health. Previous studies have shown that religion has significant contribution to the human mental health and psychological well-being. This study specifically examined the role of one of the spiritual resources that get emphasis in Islamic teachings that is “Tawakal toward Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala” to the undergraduate students’ mental health. To test the research hypothesis that asserted there is a positive relationship between surrender to God and social-emotional health, current study uses correlational design. The study involved 57 undergraduate students of the statistic class at Psychology Department of Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta and Surrender to God Scale (Wong-McDonald & Gorsuch, 2000)and Social-Emotional Health Survey (Furlong, You, Shishim, & Dowdy, 2017) were administered to them. When social desirability on the relationship between surrender to God and social-emotional health was controlled, partial correlation r (56) = .510, p = .001was found.The result suggests that there was a significant and strongly positive association between surrender to God and students’ social-emotional health when controlling social desirability scores.

The problem in this article is that farmers use wood in growing corn seeds to agricultural land. This method requires a long time for farmers to also need a lot of energy in the process of planting corn. To plant 1/2 Ha of cornfield in the planting process it takes 16 working hours with two workers. Problems in the planting process require solutions. One solution that can be used is to make a device that has appropriate technology that is able to streamline work time and energy requirements in planting corn seeds. The application of science and technology carried out is by giving demonstrations and applications directly in the field. The method of applying science and technology conducted in this activity is to provide introductory theories, demonstrations, and practices. In the application of this science and technology, a corn seed planter is made so that farmers can easily plant corn seeds. This is an application of appropriate technology for the community. The steps taken in the manufacture of this machine are: Design of corn planting tools, Manufacture of frames, the process of making corn planter wheels, Manufacture of power delivery shaft, Finishing Process, Integrated process and road testing. Self-Efficacy, Social Support, Retirement Readiness
This study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy, social support, and teacher readiness to face retirement. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this research is 125 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau, and the research sample is 95 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The data analysis process uses the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: (1) self-efficacy contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement with an effective contribution of 28.1%, (2) social support contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement by 21.6% (3) self-efficacy and social support simultaneously. collectively contributed 31.5% to teachers' readiness to face retirement. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.

To improve the educational  quality is an importan attemp that should be done by all Indonesian and government. The bundles of educational  problems have to be solved and distributed not only to the municipal  government but also to the prefectural government and  the  stakeholders  of education.  The distribution  of task  and  responbility  on  the improvement of educational  quality cannot be done automatically  without stakeholders’ comprehension and understanding  of the importance of educational  improvement. The purpose of this research to know the effect of teach of type in cooperative learning group investigation model Too many nouns and the effect of the first student’s knowledge in students learning in mathematics. Kind of this research that used is quasi experiment. The research sample were 24 students on experiment and students on control group. The analysis data used test- t and anova two way test. The first result of the students' mathematics learning that follows the cooperative learning model of group investigation higher than the students who follow the direct learning both seen in whole, and based on the high and low initial knowledge. Secondly, there is no interaction between cooperative learning model of group investigation type and initial knowledge in influencing student's mathematics learning outcomes.

Self-control is the ability to rule out or change responses in a person, as well as eliminate unwanted problems and refrain from doing anything necessary for adolescent in using smartphones. Self-control of adolescent in using smartphones in this study is viewed from aspects of self-discipline, deliberate / non-impulsive, healthy habits, work ethic and reliability. This study aims to describe self-control of adolescents in using smartphone. This research is a descriptive analytic study, with a sample of 246 adolescents at SMAN 2 Padang obtained using propotional stratified random sampling technique. The study used a questionnaire instrument complied using a likert scale mode. The results of this study indicate that self-control of adolescent in using smartphones is generally appropriate in the high category. This needs to be corrected and improved in order to avoid the negative effects of using a smartphone.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih meningkatnya perilaku agresif pada remaja di sekolah terutama di MTsN 6 Kota Padang. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara awal, munculnya perilaku agresif peserta didik dalam bentuk tindakan emosional selain itu kekerasan terhadap teman sebaya serta memiliki social media yang dijadikan sarana berperilaku agresif verbal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis proses dan Pelaksanaan Layanan Konseling Individual menggunakan pendekatan Client Centered untuk mengentaskan perilaku agresif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang dengan perrnasalahan yang berbeda dan 1 informan utama yaitu guru BK. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedoman wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ini terungkap bahwa (1) Tahap awal, petengahan dan akhir proses pelaksanaan konseling individual yang sudah dilakukan guru BK sesuai dengan prosedurnya (2) Pelaksanaan layanan konseling individual sesuai diantaranya adalah Acceptance, Congruance, Understanding, Non Judgemental, Minimum State Anxiety. Pada klien yang kedua dan ketiga semua teknik terjalankan, sedangkan pada klien pertama, 1 teknik tidak terjalankan yaitu Understanding.

Dan aplikasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri dalam menjalankan sistem informasi, seperti, menyimpan data pelanggan, menyimpan data transaksi, mencetak transaksi, dan mendata semua sistem informasi yang ada di Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri, sehingga semua sistem informasi yang terdapat di Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri dapat berjalan dengan tepat dan akurat, sehingga tidak ada kesalahan yang terjadi antara pegawai dan pelanggan, danpelangan pun merasa puas karena sudah adanya bukti pembayaran.

Penelitian ini didasari oleh keingintahuan peneliti tentang bahan ajar yang ada di sekolah dasar apakah sudah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya melayu kedalam bahan ajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui bahan ajar tematik yang sudah ada di sekolah dasar kelas IV apakah sudah berbasis nilai-nilai budaya melayu; 2) mengetahui apakah perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar tematik berbasis nilai-nilai budaya melayu di SD kelas IV. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan model 4-D. Namun pada penelitian hanya dibatasi pada tahap pendefinisian (define) melalui tiga tahap; 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) analisis kurikulum; dan 3) analisis siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu obsrvasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa perlunya dikembangkan sebuah bahan ajar tematik berbasis nilai-nilai budaya melayu untuk siswa kelas IV SD. Karena bahan ajar yang selama ini digunakan belum ada satupun yang berbasis nilai-nilai budaya melayu. Padahal dengan pembelajaran yang saat ini harus berorientasi dengan kerafian lokal seharusnya dalam pembelajaran memasukkan nilai-nilai budaya dalam hal ini adalah bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Bahan ajar yang ada saat ini dan digunakan oleh guru terkesan membosankan bagi siswa, ketertarikan siswa untuk membaca bahan ajar terlihat kurang dan kesannya siswa kurang semangat dalam belajar. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang menariknya bahan ajar yang ada saat ini bagi siswa. Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar yaitu pemilihan warna, jenis dan ukuran huruf, gambar yang menarik, dan pemilihan materi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.

The lack of self-directed learning of students shown by students is one problem associated with self-efficacy and the learning environment. The purpose of the research is to reveal the relationship between self-efficacy and the learning environment, and self-directed learning. This study uses the correlational method and data collected from a sample of 198 students, which were found using proportional random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a self efficacy scale (24 valid items = 0.851), a learning environment scale (32 valid items = 0.830), and a self-directed learning scale (64 valid items = 0.936). Data were then analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed the correlation coefficient r = 0.535 and p = 0.00 (p> 0.05), which showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the learning environment together with self-directed learning. So it can be explained that the higher the self-efficacy and learning environment, the higher the student's self-directed learning.

This study aimed to determine the increase in student activity in writing inspirational story texts through audiovisual media in class IX.3 in the 2nd Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year at SMPN 1 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), with four activities: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 30 students of class IX.3 consisting of 10 boys and 20 girls. Based on the findings during the study, it can be concluded that students' activity in writing inspirational story texts can be increased through audiovisual media.

Student anxiety, psychological reaction, student’s exam
Exams are a common activity at school, and students commonly experience anxiety related to exams. This study attempts to provide a general understanding of exam anxiety. This kind of study use quantitative descriptive research techniques and a test anxiety questionnaire as a tool for gathering data. The study's participants were SMAN 13 Padang students. Simple random sampling was used to select the subjects. This study combines descriptive analysis with data analysis tools. The findings of this study suggest that exam anxiety has a variety of manifestations. Each aspect has a different percentage; the emotional reaction aspect, which is the largest, falls into the high category, with a percentage of 38.9%; the cognitive reaction aspect, which is the highest, has a percentage of 53.7%; and the physiological reaction aspect, which is the largest, falls into the medium category, with a percentage of 37.9%. These findings suggest that many respondents struggle with exam anxiety. In order for attempts to combat and avoid exam anxiety, Counselling Guidance Teachers and Counsellors will use this research as information.

In this study the researcher wanted to see the effect of discipline on the performance of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sungai Penuh City. The results of this study are: obtained Ha value received on the significance and ? (0.05)> 0.05 (significikacy) means there is a significant effect of discipline on the performance of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sungai Penuh City. then the better the discipline the better the performance of employees. The influence of discipline on the performance of employees At the Regional Disaster Management Agency in kota Sungai Penuh city City is influenced by factors other than discipline.

Learning Motivation, Self-Confidence, Learning Problem Solving Ability

Students' ability to solve learning problems is influenced by the factors of learning motivation and self-confidence. Students who are able to solve problems in learning will be able to get satisfying results. Students who are unable to solve problems in learning will experience failure in achieving a goal. This study aims at looking at the contribution of learning motivation and self-confidence to the ability to solve the problem of student learning at SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. This type of research was quantitative with correlational methods. The sample of this research was the students of class X and X1 of SMAN 1 Lintau Buo identified from the AUM PTSDL results having the most problems. The research instrument used a learning motivastions, self confidence and the resolution of students learning problems. The result of the reliability test of the learning problem-solving ability was 0.759. The research data were analyzed by using multiple regressions. The research findings showed that: learning motivation, in general, was in the high category. The students’self-confidence was generally in the high category. The students' problem-solving abilities were generally in the high category. The learning motivation contributed positively and significantly to the learning problem-solving abilities. The self-confidence contributed positively and significantly to students' learning problem-solving abilities, and the learning motivation and self-confidence together contributed positively and significantly to the students' learning problem understanding abilities.

Water is one of the financial needs for life. In everyday life we can see the importance of water for all living things, as well as human beings who also need water very much. In Jorong Dalam Nagari Barulak Tanah Datar, the need for clean water is difficult to obtain. This is because the position of this area is in the highlands. During the summer in the highlands it is very difficult to find a source of clean water, so that to meet these water needs, people get it by buying. The solution to overcome this problem is to apply science and technology in the form of a hydram pump that utilizes water pressure from a reservoir from a spring. Then the water is pumped through a pipeline to the divider tank at an elevated area. Clean water supply using a hydram pump is able to distribute water by 18.43 liters/min. So that the performance of a hydram pump continuously (within 24 hours) can supply of water as much as 26.54 m3/day. Applying appropriate technology in the form of a hydram pump as an effort to optimize the supply of clean water from the lowlands to the highlands so that it can address the water needs in the Nagari Barulak community. Utilizing the potential of existing water resources has an impact on increasing activities and reducing public funding for buying clean water.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect students choose smk country in the district south solok. The type of research is explorative research. The sampling technique in this study is with proportional random sampling, with a sample of 325 people who are distributed in 5 SMK Negeri Solok Selatan. Data collection was done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a reference in this study. The analytical method used is factor analysis. Research is classified into quantitative research using survey method. To test the hypothesis by using t test. The results showed that: 1).Social Economy factors become factors that are considered by students to decide decisions in choosing a school. 2) cost of education and support factor becomes the factor considered by the students to determine the decision in choosing the school.

The goals of this research is to analyze at first the effect of parents support and acquired ability on their motivation in learning social sciences .The second effect parents support, acquired ability and motivation in learning social sciences on their achievements. This research was quantitative research which consisted of three indipendent variables and one dependent variable. The research was conducted on students at two thuosand sixteenth and two thuousand seventeen.The results showed that the first there is not a significant effect between parents support on their motivation and there is a significant effect acquired ability on their motivation in learning social sciences at student. The second there is a significant effect between parents support, acquired ability, and motivation in learning social sciences on their achievements at students.

Homosexuality is a controversial issue. In general, Indonesian society rejects the existence of homosexuals because they are not in accordance with the prevailing values and norms and are the cause of HIV / AIDS so that it not only endangers individuals and the perpetrators but can also destroy the fabric of society. This is the basis for the need for an instrument to identify a person's sexual orientation. More often than not, homosexual identification tools have been developed abroad so that they are not suitable for the context of Indonesian society. This study aims to develop an instrument capable of measuring the level of a person's homosexual tendency. The research method used follows the steps of developing Gall, Gall, and Borg's model. The research sample used was 265 students. Initially this instrument consisted of 28 items which were analyzed using the IRT approach. The results indicated that the inventory of homosexual tendencies was valid and reliable, totaling 26 items. Thus this instrument can be used to identify levels of homosexual tendencies

The development of an increasingly sophisticated era, especially in the field of technology, one of which is gadgets, so that it can have positive and negative impacts on its users. One of the negative impacts is the excessive use of gadgets on students, in their use students are not able to limit them so that it causes a decrease in student motivation in learning. This study aims: (1) to describe gadget abuse among students, (2) to describe student learning motivation, and (3) to examine the relationship between gadget abuse and junior high school students' learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The subjects of this study were 263 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and to examine the relationship between gadget misuse and learning motivation, the Pearson product moment correlation technique was used. The results showed that: (1) gadget abuse is generally in the high category, (2) learning motivation is in the medium category, and (3) there is a negative relationship between gadget abuse and student motivation with a correlation coefficient of -0.346 and a significance level 0.001. Based on the results of the research, it is expected that counseling teachers can provide assistance in the form of information guidance services, group guidance services, so that they are able to increase learning motivation well.

Education today is more oriented to the development of the left brain, characterized by the number of subjects and even additional lessons that focus more on improving intellectual intelligence. This makes the child more critical, likes to imitate but lacks ideas, low emotional control, and other consequences. The training aims to help students train the left brain and right brain. Both left and right hemispheres are important. They complement each other. In this training, the participants who are elementary school students are given Lego games. The method used in this training activity is discussion and practice. Based on the evaluation, it is concluded that this training is useful to stimulate the left brain and right brain of children, characterized by participants who are more creative, imaginative, collaborative, and communicative.

The study aimsto determine: 1) Howinfluence the professionalism of employee to the effectiveness of service in civil registry in Agam Regency. 2). How influence the work motivation to the effectiveness of service? 3) how influence the technology information to the effectiveness of service? 4) how much influence the professionalism, the work motivation and the information of technology employee to the effectiveness of service?The research method used is correlational qualitative method and 42 employees of civil registry as a population and 38 employes as sampel. The data analysis used is regression analysis and corelation.The finding sindicate that:1)Professionalisms of employee have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of service with a magnitude of 26,0%. 2)Work motivation has 36.6%positive and influence on the effectiveness service 3) the technology of information partially has 31.2%. positive andeffect on the effectivenessservice 4).Simultaneously significant influences employee professionalism, work motivation and information technology on the effectiveness service.at at 56.6%.

The problem in this research is the development of technology such as computers and the internet is not used for learning purposes but for things that are not important such as social media and games, the lack of habit of using technology such as computers to support the learning process results in the emergence of computer anxiety (doubt in using computers. from the doubt of using this computer, the motivation of students to use computers effectively will decrease and the learning environment does not support the sustainability of the learning process by utilizing technology to the maximum, then the lack of motivation of students in doing school work using existing technology and the lack of the role of teachers or parents in control the use of technology by students so that technological development is not utilized for the benefit of learning. The purpose of research is to know the learning environment that contributes to the ability n technology literacy of students. This research uses correlational quantitative research. Based on the results of the study it was found that there was a positive and significant contribution to the learning environment towards the ability of students' technology literacy with a contribution percentage of 64.5%.

Students have various problems, one of which is related to self-confidence that needs to be explored and eradicated. School counselors have challenges in alleviating students' trust problems in schools. Counselors are required to have competence in counseling services in schools. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of group counseling based on the Adlerian approach to increase students' self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach. A literature study is a method used to collect data or sources related to the Adlerian approach that was adopted in a study and then analyzed by the descriptive analysis method. The Adlerian approach is one of the most popular approaches to group counseling in practice. In this article, we will discuss the analysis of group counseling based on the Adlerian approach to increase students' self-confidence. Based on the analysis of the group counseling approach, the Adlerian approach can increase students' self-confidence.

Academic stress can interfere with students studying in college. One effort that can be made to help students overcome academic stress is through online counseling services. Online counseling can be carried out effectively and efficiently if complete and adequate features support it. KONSELO is a product that we developed to meet the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing online counseling. To improve counselors' abilities in using the KONSELO application, Community Service activities are carried out through workshops and assistance in using KONSELO. Counselors who can operate the KONSELO application can use KONSELO as support for implementing counseling services in higher education to help students overcome academic stress.

One of the aspects that determine the success of the learning process is teaching materials. This research aimed to develop the effectiveness of contextual material for teaching English at Madrasah Aliyah. The design of this research is development research by using ADDIE model. The product consists of two books, (teacher's book and students'book) the title is “English For Us”. Subjects in this research were all students of grade X. Sample were 87 persons and it was selected by using the purposive technique. The instrument used to collect data was a survey, questionnaires, and an interview. Data analysis was used the qualitative and quantitative technique. The practicalities of the teacher’s book were 82.54 and students’ book showed an average 84.63 score. The effectiveness of a product is measured through pre-test is 68,00 and post-test is 75.44. It can be concluded that the contextual material for teaching English at Madrasah Aliyah was effective

Ideally students follow mathematics learning effectively without any disturbance. But the phenomenon that is happening is that there are students who experience anxiety about mathematics, which causes students to not be able to follow mathematics learning effectively. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of mathematics anxiety experienced by students as a whole and also based on the aspects studied. This study involved 32 students in class XII consisting of 18 female students and 14 male students. The instrument used in this research in the form of a questionnaire containing statements about mathematical anxiety equipped with a Likert scale model. Data analysis using frequency distribution techniques and Rasch Model analysis. The results of the analysis of research data indicate that some students experience mathematical anxiety. In addition, the results of data analysis also showed that there were differences in anxiety between female students and male students both overall and based on aspects of the mathematics anxiety studied.

Career aspiration is one of the factors that influence one's career maturity. Career aspirations direct individual behavior to achieve the career that is their hopes or dreams. Career aspirations can help students choose a secondary school that matches the abilities and potentials of the individual. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in career aspirations of high school students with Minangkabau and Chinese cultural backgrounds. This research uses a comparative descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII who have Minangkabau and Chinese cultural backgrounds at SMA Negeri 1 Padang and SMA Don Bosco Padang. The research sample was 295 students consisting of 173 Minangkabau students (79 male & 94 female) and 122 Chinese students (64 male and 58 female). The instrument used was the Career Aspiration Level Entry List (DITAK). The measuring instrument used is valid and the reliability coefficient of DITAK is 0.86. Based on the results of the study, there are differences in the level of career aspirations of high school students with Minangkabau and Chinese cultural backgrounds, where the level of career aspirations of Chinese students is higher than that of Minangkabau students. The implication of the results of this study is as discussion material and input for the school in making guidance and counseling service programs, especially in the field of career development.

The success of Indonesia's health development is inseparable from the active participation of the community. One of the community-based health efforts that has been developed is the the elderly health care center . The level of cadres' ability in managing the health care for the elderly greatly influences the effectiveness of the health care, it is necessary to hold cadre training to improve the capabilities of the elderly Posyandu cadres. The results of interviews with the Community Service Team stated that the elderly health care are already running but are felt to be less than optimal, due to the small number of health care cadres and the limited knowledge of cadres. Service methods used for cadre training are lectures, role play, demonstrations as well as mentoring as well as monitoring and evaluation. The material provided was 6 material with activities carried out on June 2019 - September 2019 for 5 days in RW 01 of Ulak Karang Selatan Village. After the training activities were carried out there was an increase in the average knowledge that is with an average of 86.3 and an increase in cadre skills with an average of 85.1 after the cadre training activities were carried out.

The aim of this research was to develop English learning materials based on task-based learning in the form of handout for nursing study program students. There are 33 students used as sample and there are 4 experts to judge the development process of developed handout. Instruments of this research are questionnaires, interview, and validation checklist. Research method was Research and Development (R&D). ADDIE model used to develop the handout. The result of needs analysis indicated the students needed to learn English language use in the nursing context. Then appropriate handout of English for Nursing was developed based on the result of needs analysis. Based on the experts’ judgments and users’ perception, the developed handout are categorized valid, effective, and practical.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of female students who give a negative assessment of their body shape. The impact of the student is not being able to accept the situation that is in him. This study aims to examine the significant relationship between body image and self-acceptance of female students. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and correlation types. The total sample of 242 students was selected using a purpose stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used was body image inventory and inventory of female student self-acceptance. Data were analyzed by Pearson Product Moment technique. The results revealed that there was a significant relationship between body image and self-acceptance of female students with a correlation coefficient of -0.469 which was at a significance level of 0,000. This can be interpreted that the more positive the body image, the higher the level of self-acceptance, and vice versa, the more negative the body image, the lower the level of self-acceptance. With the findings of these studies, counselors can provide guidance and counseling services such as information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services, and group counseling services specifically related to body image and self-acceptance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kejenuhan belajar siswa serta mengidentifikasi perbedaan kejenuhan belajar siswa full day school dan non full day school. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantiataif deskriptif dan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMP Negeri 7 Padang dan siswa SMP Negeri 22 Padang 1.021 siswa, sampel penelitian ini 250 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Rahmi & Ifdil Kejenuhan Belajar inventori. Pengadministrasian instrumen secara online melalui google formulir kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik Independent Sampel Test melalui program statistik SPSS. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kejenuhan belajar siswa full day school pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang, kejenuhan belajar siswa non full day school pada umumnya berada pada kategori rendah, dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kejenuhan belajar siswa full day school dan non full day school. Perlu upaya konselor untuk mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa agar adanya motivasi dan semangat siswa dalam belajar serta memperoleh prestasi yang baik.

The VCT approach can foster student’s awareness of critical thinking through clarification and test the truth of values. In practice of learning sometimes teachers ignore the guidance of attitudes and character values. This is caused by lack of teacher’s skills to implement the learning approach in learning Civics and Social Science. So that impact to low student character and student unready to face competition globally. The purposes of this training are to increase insight and train teachers in Talawi to apply VCT approach model matrix in Civics and Social Science lesson, in order to improve the student’s character. The targets are elementary school teachers in Talawi (20 people). The method in this training consists of Lecture Method, Question and Answer, Discussions, used to describe the material, encouraging active participation of teachers, selecting material to be designed with steps of VCT model matrix. Recitation Method for training teachers to designing RPP with VCT matrix. Simulation Method to train teachers to implement Civics and Social Science learning with VCT model matrix. The results are teachers in Talawi can understand, design-implement, improve their skills in implementing Civics and Social Science with VCT matrix model that can influence the improvement of student’s character values.

This study aimedat observing the effect of eksploration style and command styletoward volleyball basic skills achievement. Type of the research wasquasi-experimental(Quasy experiment). The population of this study are high school students of Bukit Barisan class X and XI who follow extracurricular activities of volleyball at least eighty student, while the sample in this study is 20 male students using total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a basic bolavoli skill test. Data were analyzed by using t-test (dependent sample and Independent sample) The results ofdata analysisshow that:(1) There are influences eksploration style which significantly to the volleyball basic skills in Students Senior High School Bukit Barisan be obtained the value of t count = 5,61 > t table = 2,26, (2) There are influences command style which significantly to the volleyball basic skills in Students Senior High School Bukit Barisan be obtained the value of t count = 5,93 > t table = 2,26,(3) Eksploration style is more better than series of command style to the volleyball basic skills in Students Senior High School Bukit Barisan be obtained the value of t count = 1,99 > t table = 1,76. The usage exploration method is better than command methode.

This study aims are creating of a thematic creation song at early childhood for children’s cognitive development in kindergarten. There are two songs developed in accordance with the theme of animals sub theme land animals and theme plant sub theme wild plants. Type of the research is Research and Development (R and D) in accordance with the design forward by Plomp consitsts of three phases : prelimenary research, development/ prototyping phase and assassement phase. Assassement phase limited to levels One to One, so this research can provided information about the validity dan practicality of the product. Data on validity was obtain from music, media and subject matter axperts from Department of PG PAUD FIP Universitas Negeri Padang, and information about practicality taken from Teacher of Kindergarten. Data analysis techniques are combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, which qualitative analysis used at prelimenary research and development/prototyping phase, and quantitative analysis uses percentage statistics. The result of the study are (1) the validity of product is 87.79% in the category of very valid, and (2) The practicality of product is 83.75% in the category of very practical. Finaly as the conclussion of this study is: The Thematic Creation Song Based on Cognitive Development as the product of this study valid dan practical for Chilhood at kindergarten.

This study aims to see and analyze the improvement of student discipline through individual counseling services at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. This research is a Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of: planning, action, reflection, and evaluation. The data is processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study conclude that individual services can improve student discipline. This conclusion is based on the results obtained in the first cycle of Individual Counseling. In this activity, student discipline increased by 17.8% from the pre-cycle. The results of the first cycle of research, the second cycle of actions was carried out. Student discipline increased by 3.47%. From this research, it can be concluded that individual service can improve student discipline. This research can be used as literature for further research, useful as an effort to overcome student discipline problems and to find out the extent of changes that occur in the discipline of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. Research Results In pre-cycle I, stated that students who were late reached 54 students in class X at SMK 1 Negeri Gunung Talang. After the first cycle of action, the students who were late decreased to 16 people. From the results of the first cycle of data, the second cycle of action was carried out, the results obtained after taking the student's action were no longer late in class X SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang.
